EMC Centera Operating Manual
Informatio has developed a Centera Operating Manual based on the deep implementation and application integration experience. New functionality in CentraStar, experience gained in Service Requests, Upgrades and data migrations lead to continuous improvements in the Operating Manual.
Based on the administration and monitoring processes of the customer a customer specific operating manual and procedures are developed.
The operating manual consists of three main sections:
- CentraStar
- Hardware
- Application integration
Each of these sections lists the reactive and proactive activities necessary to ensure correct operating procedures and reactions to alerts.
