Meta-Data fulltext index of recoverable information
AdvancedRecovery creates a fulltext index covering all information still available since it's within the configured delete delay and thus available for recovery.
Support for bi-directional replication
AdvancedRecovery support bi-directional replicated Centera environments. Source as well as Target Centera are queried for deleted information and the available meta-data is added to the index.
Support for profiles
AdvancedRecovery supports the utilization of profiles to connect to EMC Centera systems.
Configurable time and frequency of indexing
Time and frequency with which Centera systems are queried for deleted information are configurable.
Timespan covered in index freely configurable
The timespan covered in the fulltext index is freely configurable. Typically the configured delay within DelayedDeletes(tm) would be re-used. If no delete replication takes place the timespan is configured with the desired delay to be available for recovery.
Email-Home Notification
AdvancedRecovery allows monitoring of status, errors and alerts by email. Periodically and in case of an alert or error an email is sent to the registered recipients.
AdvancedRecovery GUI
AdvancedRecovery offers a graphical user interface to restrict the search based on known information about the file to be recovered. The search may be limited by using the following parameters:
- Timeframe of the delete
- Application that performed the delete
- Content of the meta-data stored with the original object
Unlimited number of delayed delete replications
AdvancedRecovery «standard» Edition does not limit the number of differently configured delete replications.
