Managed Services for EMC Centera
Years of experience of the company founder with electronic archiving and EMC Centera have resulting in a Managed Services offering based on the different customer environments and needs.
The size and complexity of existing customers differ widely and so does the level of assistance required. Based on the criticality of the archive infrastructure and the requested level of remote monitoring and operating there are three different classes of Managed Service for EMC Centera.
