Shared Replication Services for EMS Centera
Shared Replication Services for EMC Centera replicates data optionally encrypted via Internet to an EMC Centera system used for multiple customers. Using Virtual Pools and profiles for application and replication access guarantees confidentiality of replicated data on the replica system.
The replication of data is optionally encrypted using standard IP Technology to establish an encrypted tunnel between the customer site and Swiss Fort Knox ®.
Shared Replication Services are also available as Centera as a service offering to customer who do own their own archive system. The chosen archive application uses online available EMC Centera systems. The archived information can reside on a single or on replicated systems. In case of replicated systems the utilization of DelayedDeletes(tm) is included.
